I will admit that this was the toughest shopping trip ever!!  The catalina (rewards) were not printing.  After waiting at the customer service desk for 40 min. they finally signed the bottom of my receipt and told me to return to the store to get my rewards.  I was annoyed at how long it took the customer service to resolve my problem.  They also had 2 other customers waiting for their rewards.  I really think the Shop Rite needs to come up with a plan when their computer programs are not working!!  In the end I got all my free stuff and made some money.  That was my over all game plan!!!
